Our History

Bisk International Academy is an international school with a vast and impressive academic record to go by. Founded on the 5th September 2011, the school is situated behind North Bridge Filling station, opposite mountain of Fire and Miracle ministries, along Suleja road, Madalla, Niger state. 

Since inception, it has maintained a high standard in academic pursuits as well as a high taste in excellence and moral discipline. This can be seen from the quality and brilliance of the pupils and students in both external and internal examinations, competitions, quizzes, debates, etc. The school has proved time and time again that it is no pushover where education is concerned for the whole development of the human being. This is no small measure attributed to the highly trained and dedicated Teaching and Non-Teaching staff to make this noble institution stand head above others in all educational ramifications.

LIBRARY AND RESOURCE CENTRE

The school has a well equipped library with an extensive range of Newspapers, Magazines, Periodicals, Educational Compact discs and Computer Workstations. All the subjects have been segregated separately and with a heavy focus on e-learning, where students are encouraged to use the internet and to access online International Libraries for Information.

CLASSROOMS

Our classrooms are spacious and well ventilated with adequate natural and artificial lighting and a sitting capacity of 20. Teaching Aids are artistically displayed to facilitate the learning process.

SOCIAL CLUBS

Brisk International academy believes that all children are endowed with varieties of capabilities and talents. As a result, the school has taken it upon herself to help foster these talents, keeping in mind each child’s specific needs and talents. In order to reach out to the children’s talents individually, the school has made provision for expert coaching in various co-scholastic clubs such as: Sport club, Science club, Art club, Press club, Debate club and Drama club among others.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Since inception, the school has been able to take her pupils to various places on excursion such as Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport Abuja, National Mathematical Centre Abuja, Wonderland, Suncity, French Village, Raw Materials Research Development council, Asokoro wild Life Park, Abuja, Nicon Luxury, Women Development centre etc. Due to her academic Excellence and state of the art facilities, the school was granted approval to run the Junior Secondary School Certificate Examination ( JSSCE) and Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations with West African Examination Certificate ( WAEC) and National Examinations Council respectively. The school has recorded flying colours in the results of her students from these examination bodies.

The Academics in BIA are designed such as to create tomorrow’s global Citizens. With the blending of the traditional chalk and talk method and latest technology, we impact knowledge to children which emphasizes not only upon what to learn but how to learn.

Each pre-Basic class is arranged in such a way that each pupil is given a one-on-one attention with qualified and experienced teachers and Nannies as well as Audio Visual aids.

Our Audio Visual laboratory ensures that the Learning-Teaching process is interactive and full of fun. A well equipped Library and Resource Centre, Science Laboratory, Computer Laboratory, Sound Laboratory and Home Economic Laboratory are used to support classroom teaching.
